Providing and elaborate for temporary traffic regulation is the first requirement for obtaining a permit for blocking a road, pavement, bike path or any other public area.

JR prepares elaborates for all types or kinds of blocks for all road categories (ranging from local and municipal roads to motorways).

The type of block is determined after client consultations, viewing of the intended block location, and shots of the actual state of location and the amount of traffic on it.

Erection of scaffolding and building site design (occupation of public area) in a pedestrian zone.

Elaborates for temporary traffic regulation are issued in the required number of copies (one for the client, and the required number of copies for the issuing authority or road operator).  If so required, JR also obtains other expressions of consent (passenger bus operator consent in the designated area, permit for motorised access to pedestrian areas, temporary access permit for heavy motor vehicles to areas where access to such vehicles is otherwise forbidden, etc). In case the elaborate envisages alternating one-way traffic with the use of construction site traffic lights, a cost estimate for controlling these dependent traffic lights is also provided.

 In addition, JR offers the placement of temporary traffic signage (erection of road blocks), rent of traffic signage for lease and the drawing of ground signage (ground or horizontal traffic signage).
