Javna Razsvetljava Ltd. provides services concerning public lighting, non- light and light road traffic signage land-register management, maintenance, modernisation, and establishment to other municipalities.

The company Javna Razsvetljava Ltd. also manages a land register in graphic and attributive format of devices for public lighting, light traffic signage and non-light traffic signage. The register is regularly updated on the basis of data about work carried out on location. Information concerning lines and devices are available to maintenance crews on location via GPRS transfer or handhelds.    

For final customers (municipalities) and public lighting operators, JR conducts light pollution monitoring, operational monitoring and global light pollution monitoring.  In accordance with the Regulation of Maximum Values of environmental light pollution, JR produces, in electronic form, “lighting plans” concerning roads, public surfaces (cultural monuments, facades, and advertising facilities), conduct light distribution measurements, electrical capacity records and electrical energy consumption calculations for operating lighting. Additionally, JR prepares operative programmes for decreasing light pollution.
