- LIGHT CALCULATIONS AND SIMULATIONS
With the help of the most advanced programs in the lighting industry, we plan and simulate all the facilities that the client desires. We create the appropriate simulation, appropriate documentation and offer support in the selection of lamps. We use the following software for calculations:- Dialux
- Relux
- Lighting Reality
- TECHNICAL DRAWINGS AND ELECTRICAL DIAGRAMS
With the help of advanced CAD programs, we produce all kinds of technical plans and electrical diagrams according to the client’s needs. Absolute flexibility, experience and knowledge help to ensure that projects are produced at the highest possible level.
- TECHNOLOGICAL ELABORATION
The technological elaboration is the professional basis for the project documentation and is generally determined by regional laws and by-laws. The basis and annex of the project documentation are prepared according to the rules of the profession. They are made by professional persons who meet the conditions set by the regional laws.
- PROJECT ASSIGNMENT – PN
A project brief is a written document that specifies the client’s requirements for a construction project. The scope of design services and scope of project documentation are defined in detail. As a rule, the approved project task is the basis for the preparation of the design contract and the calculation of items for the design work performed.
- IDEAL SOLUTIONS – IDR
Conceptual solutions are intended for the creation of variants and the selection of the optimal solution for the planned construction. They are used in the creation of variants and the selection of the optimal solution at an early stage of planning. They are the project basis for making a pre-investment study. Conceptual solutions are optional project documentation, which is produced in accordance with the agreement with the client. Idea solutions can be created by the designer for the needs of presenting ideas or solutions.
- CONCEPTUAL DESIGN FOR OBTAINING PROJECT AND OTHER CONDITIONS – IZP
The conceptual design for obtaining design and other conditions is intended for obtaining design and other conditions and contains the information on the basis of which the opinion maker, in accordance with his powers, determines the conditions for the preparation of documentation for obtaining a building permit, for the implementation of construction and the use of the facility. The basis for creating IZP is, as a rule, IDZ.
- CONCEPTUAL PROJECT – IDP
In international practice, the concept project is also called the basic project. It is intended for more detailed project processing of the selected variant or basic solution and is the project basis for the production of the DGD for all demanding and some less demanding facilities, as well as the basis for the production of spatial plans. It is therefore the project basis for obtaining opinions, preliminary decisions and building permits in the process of obtaining DG and guidelines in the spatial planning process.
- CONCEPTUAL DESIGN – IDZ
The purpose of the IDZ is to familiarize all legally defined spatial planning authorities with the intended intervention in the space. The IDZ is also created with the aim of obtaining the project conditions or consents of the competent consenters for the connection (water, electricity, sewerage) based on it. For this purpose, location data is displayed in the Leader folder.
- PROJECT FOR OBTAINING A BUILDING PERMIT – DGD
Is the project aimed at obtaining a building permit (GD). That is why, according to the Rules, the content of the Lead folder is very precisely determined, from which all the basic data, on the basis of which the administrative body issues the DG, must be visible.
- IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT – PZI
The PZI should process in more detail everything that is shown in the PGD. Individual PZI plans must show everything that is necessary for the facility to be built and put into use (operate). in individual plans, we can repeat parts of the PGD (e.g. calculations) or just accurately quote and give the results. The technical description contains an inventory of materials and equipment with quantities.
- IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT – PID
The essential purpose of this documentation is to have documentation that reflects the actual condition of the facility after construction is completed and upon commencement of use. We use this documentation during the life of the building for the needs of use, maintenance, reconstruction and, if necessary, also for demolition (parts) of the building. The PID, which is made after the completion of construction (for engineering facilities, most often after the test operation), is supplemented (especially in the case of engineering facilities) during the lifetime of the facility.
