The renovation of Slovenska cesta in Ljubljana was a huge project, which included the construction of new lighting and the replacement of existing lighting, the installation of floor flashing lights and the lighting of bus stops. The hanging lighting above the roadway was replaced accordingly.

The extensive reconstruction of the Slovenska cesta in Ljubljana also included the replacement of the lighting, which was carried out by the company Javna razsvetljava d.d. carried out the replacement of the existing hanging lamps with new energy-saving LED lamps.

During the renovation of the road, we assisted in the installation of new poles for public lighting, installed new lamps and carried out related construction and electrical work.

In addition to the aesthetic appearance, the lighting is designed with the most optimal illumination of the road and pedestrian areas. By replacing lamps that use LED technology, a greater saving of electricity was achieved.

Road flashing lights have also been installed along the entire route to indicate safe crossings over the area, which is shared with city passenger traffic, pedestrians, cyclists and other users of this area.

The tunnel under the castle is one of the spots in Ljubljana that we have been taking care of for decades. In addition to lighting maintenance, we also take care of the maintenance and control of all tunnel systems through our own SCADA system. The system was developed in-house and receives regular security checks.

Miklošičev park

The municipality of Ljubljana has completed the renovation of Tavčarjeva Street and Miklošičev Park, which began last April. As part of the renovation, the intersections of Tavčarjeve with Miklošičeva and Cigaletova ulica and the platform in front of the courthouse were also redecorated.

Barjanska cesta

With the reconstruction of the section of Barjanska cesta, more space was provided and a higher-quality surface for cyclists, separated from pedestrians, was established. In addition, the carriageway was resurfaced and new green areas were arranged, and the public lighting was renovated.
